i went to the state fair for the very first time today, and was that a crazy fun experience! i'm deathly afraid of heights but that didn't stop me from going on the rides they have. the ferris wheel is must!!! from the top you can see all of downtown Phoenix it's gorgeous! it's such a fun time especially with great friends! ooo and i love cotton candy so of course i had to get some, it was goooodddddd!!! we watched monster trucks and motocross and that was a blast! motocross is so fun to watch! would i recommend the fair? heck ya total 10/10! :P

Wow, it's now 2022 and boy have things changed, came across this blog today and it just makes me realize how fast life moves. This is Emily, the author of this blog, I'm sad I did not keep writing on here to look back on after all these years but I am glad that this blog is still here seven years later... seriously that is insane. I still have the same wish to travel the world and see captivating places, and am now in a place in my life where I can actually make my dream a reality. I don't want to miss out on anything because I am scared so I promise myself and whoever may come across this which is I am guessing is no one, that I will. Nothing is stopping me at this point and I want to experience new adventures before it's too late. Anyways life is too short and if no one else tells you this I will, do what makes you happy and do not shrink yourself for others. We all are unique in our own ways and it's a beautiful thing. My thoughts are all over the place but those are words that I think everyone needs to hear regardless of who it comes from.
